6:30AM Open Gym Today!

Don’t forget to sign up for the 2012 CrossFit Open games.crossfit.com.  This is a 5 week competition starting February 22 with 1 workout a week being released. This is a fun way to test your skills against CrossFitters all over the world! Don’t be intimidated, the Open is for everyone.

WOD

Strength: Front Squats (5 x 75%, 3 x 85%, 1 or more x 95%)

Then…

5 Rounds
5 Clean & Jerk (135/95)
10 Pullups
15 Box Jumps (24/20)
