How are you doing as your Paleo Challenge is “ending”? Has it truly become your new way of life or was it just a 30-day give it a go type of thing for you? I know several of you have expressed feeling better (after that first week of adjustment). I know that after a weekend of indulgence, I am ready to feel better and get back to my regular life-style. Let us know how you are doing and what your challenges were/are.
