Great job on WOD 12.4!!! This week we will be doing WOD 12.5 (this is it – last one!!!) on Thursday instead of Friday and the we will still be finishing up on Sunday afternoon as we have been.

We will be adjusting our Friday schedule a little to support the DEA Maltz Challenge which is from 1-4 pm Friday, March 23rd at the Bronco’s Training Facility just around the corner from us! All are welcome to this free event! Go on-line to register, buy a t-shirt, support the cause!! This Friday’s schedule will be: 5:30 AM (if anyone rsvp’s) at MHCF, 1 PM – 4 PM DEA MALTZ CHALLENGE at Bronco’s, 5:30 PM Class at MHCF. There will NOT be 11-1 Open Gym/Class nor 4:30 PM Class on this day.

6:30 AM OPEN GYM Tuesday and Thursday this week.
