March 28, 2012 HAPPY BIRTHDAY CHRIS!!!

This Thursday, March 29th, MHCF happy hour at The Tavern DTC!!  (Reservation is under Mile High CrossFit) We are opening a 6:30AM and 4:30PM class on Thurs and cancelling the 6:30pm class.  We will moderately rush any 5:30pm-ers through the WOD to get to HH around 6pm!

The Tavern is located on DTC Blvd just South of Bellview, in the Village Plaza shopping center. They offer complimentary valet parking for customers.
