Workout of the day

Workout of the day

Friday, April 13th, 2012

5:30 AM class is on for Friday, April 13th. Next week mark your calendars if you enjoy our 6:30 AM class time… I can hold class at 6:30 AM on Wednesday, April 18th and Thursday, April 19th.

I know we have had a “hero” wod this week, as well as a benchmark wod, but here is another one for your books… one to enjoy on this Friday the 13th. Food for thought… don’t cherry pick the wods. Do those that you don’t like as well as those that you like. You will become better for it!

Lots of big PR’s Thursday including CJ’s deadlift PR. She is visiting from Houston so give her a big Howdy if you see her over the next few days.
