Workout of the day

5:30 AM and 6:30 AM are on for Tuesday, April 10th. Come enjoy a little more running because it is another great day in Colorado! We really want to work on proper form and full range of motion. Even though this doesn’t seem like heavy weight, it may still be heavy for over-head squats, so if you are not using full ROM, then modify the weight. We want to see full squats with every rep. OHS are awkward, so until you can do them please modify.
