Some of our kiddos enjoyed another day of CFKids today. It is great getting some of our future CrossFitter’s in the gym! I see some potential for the games in a few years from them! Next week we will have 2 more sessions… Tuesday and Thursday at 10 am. If you didn’t get in on it this past week come join us, $10 per class, just give me a call or text or email to let me know who will be joining.
