If you ever look at the wod and think “what is that?” and we haven’t posted a video, feel free to do a little research… check out crossfit’s main page, look up an exercise on youtube, check out the mobility website for new stretches that may be more specific to you. We often get questions that we cannot answer and the source of our information is exactly the same source you have access to… the internet. Don’t hesitate to ask any questions you have but at the same time you may be able to quickly find the answer to your question maybe even with a better explanation.
