Workout of the day

So sorry for not posting earlier. Last nights Dierks Bentley concert seemed to distract from me from my MHCF duties! Awesome concert at Red Rocks! Yes, I like country music, I would play it at the gym but it isn’t quite as motivating when working out. This WOD is one of my favorites, it isn’t timed but keep moving all the same. Start at a weight you can do all your reps with and add weight each round. Obviously, it will become challenging. The goal is to touch and go while doing your cycle of reps. Not to rest on the ground. I find it easiest to rest the weight on my back versus hanging in front clutching the weight. Find what works for you.

WOD
Bear Complex
5 Rounds for Max Weight
7 Cycles per Round
1 Power Clean
1 Front Squat
1 Push Press
1 Back Squat
1 Push Press

** Power Clean and Front Squat should be distinct movements, do not Power Squat Clean. Thrusters are permitted from front squat and from back squat.

Wrap Up
30 Wall Squats
75 Sit-ups
