Tuesday 9/18 

  10:00 pm – Women’s Ball Toss and Track Triplet
  10:30 pm – Women’s MedBall-Handstand Pushup
  11:00 pm – Women’s Sprint & Rope-Sled
  11:30 pm – Women’s Clean Ladder

Strength: 10 minutes to find 1RM Shoulder Press

WOD
5 rounds for time:
15 Walking lunge steps, carrying a 95/65 pound barbell in the front rack position
30 Double-unders

Cool down:
Accumulate 2 minutes in an L-Sit (Parrallettes or hanging)
