Strength: EMOM for 7 Minutes perform 1 Squat Clean & Power (Push) Jerk – heaviest possible, may increase weight

WOD
3 rounds
10 Burpee Over-the-Box Jumps 30/24″ (touching the top of the box is required, but opening the hip is not)
20 Pullups
400m Run

Cool Down:
4 Rounds
30 seconds of Double Unders
30 seconds of Handstand hold (wall or free standing)
