Workout of the day
LABOR DAY! Monday, September 3rd, 2012
10 AM and 11 AM class only today.
There seems to be a little confusion as to previous posts. To clarify: LABOR DAY we will be running a 10 AM and 11 AM classtime. We are not adding anything to the weekly schedule EXCEPT for adding 6:30 AM Monday – Friday (but not on Labor Day) beginning Tuesday, September 4th. Geez, where is the confusion in that? HAHA
Also, shirts have been ordered but are not yet in. But have your money ready… your shirts will be ready soon!
In true Labor Day fashion the WOD is:
Nutts:
Lieutenant Andrew Richard Nuttall, 30, from the 1st Battalion Princess Patricia’s Canadian Light Infantry (1 PPCLI), based in Edmonton, Alberta, serving as a member of the 1 PPCLI Battle Group was killed by an improvised explosive device that detonated during a joint foot patrol near the village of Nakhonay in Panjwaii District, about 25 km southwest of Kandahar City on December 23, 2009. He is survived by his parents, Richard and Ethel Jane Nuttall.
