Back to our regular schedule today! Hope most of you enjoyed a 3-day weekend! BBQ’s over and back to training!

WOD

Strength: 7 x 2 Hi-hang Cleans (knee extension only)
  – heaviest possible – rest 60 seconds

THEN
4 Rounds for total reps of:
In 90 seconds Row 250 M then with the remaining time perform AMRAP of OHS at (115/75)

Rest 90 seconds after each round including after the final round

THEN
400 M Run for time (all out effort)

Wrap-up:
5 minutes of Handstand Holds/walks practice
