11am Competitor Open Gym after class!

Partner WOD
Teams of 2, pick a partner with similar abilities.  The race is for total time but each partner must complete each exercise….example: the 30 box jumps….each do 30…before they can move on to the Jumping Pull Ups.  Partners should keep track of which exercise they ‘win’ and at the end, for each exercise they lose it’s a 1 wall walk penalty! 🙂
