Strength: 10 min alternating minutes 2 Deadlifts @ 90% even minutes and 8 Wall Balls (30/20) odd minutes

50 Toes 2 Bar
-10 minute cap

Level 3 – 95/65 and T2B

Level 2 – 65/45 ab mat sit ups

Level 1 – 45/30 and ab mat with feet anchored

Cool Down
Reverse Tabata 8 rounds L sit hold 10 sec, rest 20
