Happy Friday! “Grace” is often done in conjunction with fundraising for Barbell for Boobs. We are doing “Grace” today as our benchmark, but as October is Breastcancer awareness month, we are also registered as a team for fundraising. We won’t have another “Grace” event this month but you can still sign up for fundraising or just donate at:

The “date” of our event is listed as October 26th, which is when the Monster Mash 2013 event is being held.

Strength: 10 min alternating: 2 Back Squat at 90% even minute and 5 ball slam get ups (50/30) odd minutes
