I just tried this, yes, it is a challenge. Since I missed about 3 squats during the “down”, I re-did the wod with ONLY air squats because my back felt taxed after the weighted round. So up to you how you fair during your weighted round if you want a second go round with only air squats. Good luck!

Speed: 2 – 800 M Runs
REST 3 Min between runs.

Strength WOD: “Bring Sally Up” (135/95 Back Squats)
