Happy Veterans Day!

We will have a representative from Noble Savage Foods at the gym Monday from 11:30-1 and 5-7:30 so you guys can sample their food.  They are a paleo meal delivery service: http://noblesavagefoods.com/ so you can pre-order paleo meals (1 at a time or numerous) and pick them up at the gym.  See, no excuses 🙂  We had a representative from Eating Primal (http://eatingprimal.com/) come to the evening classes last week so once we sample and talk with both companies we will make a decision on which group to go with.  If you guys sample their food and/or are interested in participating in this program please let us know.
