Happy Holidays!  Please check the schedule in the Header of the Main Page for the schedule of classes this week. All Monday classes will run as normally schedule.

Tomorrow we’ll run a 12 Days of Christmas WOD.  If you’ve never done one of these definitely try and come in. It’s a fun way to kick off the holiday celebration.

Skill: 10min, Alternating each minute 7 Ring Dips, 10 Toes 2 Bar

10 P.Clean and Jerk (135/95)

Cool Down:

4 Rounds each of Tabata: HS Holds and Plank Holds
