As we close out the year of 2013, we are going to re-visit the OPEN 2013 WOD’s – pull out your results from earlier this year and see how you have improved or if you still have weaknesses you need to improve on for the 2014 OPEN!!!

As we get into the new year, we will focus more on group warm-ups, so please try to arrive on-time for class so you can get the most out of the class time.
