Once again… the open is coming up. This is a time for anyone and everyone to register for a competition! I hear a lot of people saying they are not ready for competition. I had surgery 14 weeks ago, I am not at my strongest or best but this is a great, exciting time of year. We can all compete! We can all push ourselves a little harder. This is a safe environment for you to push yourself a little harder. You may not complete every WOD Rx’d but you will find your new best. Just get registered!!!
