2-4 Bar Muscle Ups (work banded bar MUs or Chest to Bar Pull Ups)

50 Shoulder to Overhead (95/65)
25 Toes to bar
Cool Down: Tabata: 4 Rounds Push Up hold, 4 Rounds Sit Ups
