A few thoughts on the OPEN:
One training schedule many of us are going to follow is:
Monday WOD
Tuesday WOD
Wednesday Rest
Thursday Games WOD
Friday WOD
Saturday Rest
Sunday Possible Repeat Games WOD
The preliminary plan is to have the WOD Thursday as the Open WOD and judge those in the evening. It is understandable that if you normally attend the morning or day class that it may be difficult to rearrange your schedule to suit the Open. We will have at least 2 coaches at 5:30 am and 6:30 am, as well as, 11-1 gym time. One coach to run class and one coach to judge. Although the morning and day will be a different “games” feel than the evening, we do hope this accommodates everyone.
Sunday’s (1230-2 pm) will be used as re-do’s or the final opportunity to compete/perform the games WOD of the week.
Stay posted as we will make you aware of any more details you may need. Keep in mind, it is your responsiblity to get in to do the WOD, be judged and post your score. Please do not wait until 5:59 pm on Sunday during the open to post your WOD, if you enter the score incorrectly or it doesn’t register in the system, there will be nothing we can do about it at that point and all scores will technically be invalid in relation to the entire open.
