Bring your long socks for the rope climbs!

And tomorrow (Thursday) is the first thursday of February so we will be working the Split Jerk.

Strength:  6 x 2 Back Squat + 1 Jerk from behind the neck, as heavy as possible

WOD
15 minute AMRAP
1 Rope Climb (18ft)
10 Deadlifts (185/135)
1 Rope Climb (18ft)
10 Ring Dips

Cool Down:
2x max effort L-sit hold
