Workout of the day

WOD 13.3!! The WOD was announced live from CrossFit Roots in Boulder. It is a repeat of last years 12.4 workout:
12 min AMRAP
150 Wall Balls (20/14 and 10ft/9ft)
90 Double Unders
30 Ring Muscle Ups
For the evening classes we will run heats every 20 minutes. Come in and get signed up and warmed up. If you can not do Ring Muscle Ups you may choose to do bar muscle ups or pull ups if there is remaining time after the Double Unders. These reps will NOT count for the Games open score (i.e. do not log those reps) but to make sure you’re not just sitting around for 3-4 minutes.
For the AM and 1130 class, classes will run as normal.
