GREAT JOB everyone on the Open today!!!  You guys rock!!  Tons of inspiring workouts.  Reminder to let us know if you need a judge for Friday or Saturday.  Open gym 1230-2 on Sunday for make ups.

Strength: 3×5 Touch and Go Squat Cleans, work on catching it low in the squat.
*10min Cap

 WOD

3 rounds for total reps of:

1 min ME Front Squats 135/95#
1 min ME Kettlebell Swings (53/35)
1 min ME Box Jumps (24/20)
1 min ME Toes 2 Bar
*Rest 1 minute after each round.
**15 Minutes

Cool Down:
Work Rope Climbs without feet or Strict Pull Ups
