Strength:  12 Min to reach 1 RM
Squat Snatch

WOD
“Air Force”
20 Thrusters (95/65)
20 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls
20 Push Press
20 Overhead Squats
20 Front Squats
** 4 Burpees at the top of each minute starting at the very first minute

(Start wod with 4 burpees then accumulate as many thrusters as possible, stop at the top of the minute to do 4 burpees, resume where you left off continue this until 20 of each exercise, in order, has been completed – the same weight should be used for each exercise)
**15 Minute Cap

Cool Down:
50 Situps
