Run 400m/Row 500m
20 Box Jump Overs (24/20)/10 Sandbag getups (65/50)
10 Back Squats (185/135)/5 Wall Walks

*Partners work at the same time, then switch exercises before moving onto the next grouping (Example: P1 runs 400m while P2 rows 500m; when both are done, P2 runs 400m while P1 rows 500m)

*30 minute cut off
