Happy May the 4th (be with you) Star Wars Day 🙂 Partner WOD Saturday at 10AM, the gym will close at 11AM so no extra training this week.

For time:
Each person must Row 500m while the other is holding a front rack with 135/95
50 Box Jumps (24/20), cumulative – can only accumulate reps while other partner holds 135/95 overhead
50 Back Squats (135/95), cumulative – can only accumulate reps while other partner holds lower dip position on box (feet up on box)
50 HR Pushups, cumulative – can only accumulate reps while other partner holds pullup position (chin over the bar; modification is a deadhang from pullup bar)
*Besides the rows, switch as needed between accumulating reps and holds
