We all LOVE our dogs and love bringing them with us to WOD. If you do and they do their business in the yard (or anywhere), please pick up after them! The landlord maintains the yard and is finding more and more doggie poos. He has graciously permitted dogs on the property, which was not originally allowed in our lease,  so please help us maintain the great relationship we have had with him and keep the property free of doggie doo. 5 HSPU + 10 Squats

250 M Run (stop sign)

**15 Minute Time Cap

Cool Down:
EMOTM for 5 Minutes
30 second cumulative plank hold (essentially 30 second hold 30 second rest unless someone breaks plank)
