Everyone should be able to do this one RX! Get after it 🙂

Strength:

Alternating minutes, for 10 minutes:

Even Minutes: 10 Pull Ups (Chest 2 Bar if you got em)

Odd Minutes: 5 Push Press, choose a challenging weight, must Clean it from the floor

 

100 Air Squats

1 Mile Run

50 Air Squats

-15 min Cap

 

Cool Down:

50 (each) weighted partner sit ups
