10AM Partner WOD!! Competitor training at 11

Partner WOD
14 minute AMRAP

-P1 20 UB Thrusters (95/65), P2 rests

-If P1 drops the barbell before all 20 thrusters are completed, both Partners do 5 on-the-spot burpees.

-For every thruster not performed UB, P2 must perform 2x that number in pullups (break up pullups as needed)

-Then partners Run 250m together

-Your score is the number of runs completed in the time cap
