Our friend and Physical Therapist, Mary Finck from NoCoast CrossFit in Lousville, CO is coming to Mile High CrossFit August 10th to give a Mobility Clinic. The 2 hour clinic (11-1) is $25 and will include:

  •      Prevention strategies for common injuries
  •      Joint & soft tissue mobilization techniques
  •      Nerve glides for the shoulder, hip, posterior chain & major joints
  •      Demonstration & individual technique training
  •      Personal feedback on form and mechanics

Strength: 10 min OTM, Squat Snatch 4 reps at 75% performed at the top of the even minute, 1 rope climbs on the top of the odd minutes

50ft OH Walking Lunges (45/25)
15 Back Squats (135/95) – take from ground
15 Burpees
*14 min Cap

Cool Down:
400m Run, 200m forwards, 200m backwards
30 Sit Ups
