LuRong Challenge
You have until tonight to register for the Challenge.
We will be scheduling the required workouts on Wednesday’s during the week of wod’s so you do not have to choose which wod to do or figure out how to fit in an extra trip to the gym. There are 2 weeks in which there will be 2 wods – those weeks it will be up to you to figure out your schedule for fitting them both in. This Wednesday, we will be doing Workout 1.
