There are still a few spots open for Saturday’s Olympic Lifting Seminar! Sign up now and get some tips on how to improve your lifts. This is something that everyone needs help with but the time we devote in class during the week is never enough. 
WOD
“Prison Rules”
weight for all lifts (95/65) all lifts are touch and go…
– every 20 seconds for 5 minutes do 3 lifts of Power Snatch, (rest remainder of 20 seconds)
REST 1 Minute
– repeat same format with Power Clean & Jerk
REST 1 Minute
– repeat same format with Thrusters
(total time for wod including rests = 17 minutes)
