Happy Thanksgiving DAY! Come workout at 10:30 AM BEFORE you over-indulge in your paleo or non-paleo fixin’s !!!

Friday, November 28th we will NOT have early classes at 5:30 am or 6:30 am. BUT you can come workout with Shannon at 7:30 AM (not a formal class), other FRIDAY classes REMAIN on schedule.

20 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls (95/65)
20 Push Jerks (95/65)
20 Overhead Squats (95/65)
20 Front Squats (95/65)

** 4 burpees otm – wod begins with burpees

Cool Down:

3 Rounds
200 M Row sprint
10 Pushups
