Normal Classtimes today and tomorrow. Christmas Eve we will not be holding evening classtimes. Christmas Day we are CLOSED. The day after Christmas there will not be early AM classes but 11-1 and 430 pm are still scheduled. Saturday after Christmas (Dec 27), the gym will be closed.
Strength: Spend 10 Minutes on:
Back Squats 5-4-3-2-1 increasing weight
3 Rounds:
500 Meter Row
12 Burpees
21 Box Jumps (24/20)
Cool Down: 50 Situps
