Strength/Skill: Every :45 sec for 9 min – Hang Squat Snatch + Squat Snatch

3 Rounds, 1 min for each exercise with 1 min rest at the end of each round
Air Squat
Push Up
Toes to bar
Burpees
*Record total reps each round
