The LuRong Paleo Challenge starts today! If you are signed up then you need to log-in to see the workouts, learn when submissions are due and be sure to get your measurements taken and posted before the deadlines. Talk to Shannon about scheduling measurements. You will also need to have your workouts judged and submit them on time.
