LuRong Challenge… some of you got your measurements today! Great! Let me know if I can get you measured so you stay on track for the challenge. Check out on-line what is required of you. The first 3 workouts have been listed. We have programmed WOD 1 for Saturday but you are welcome to complete the workouts in any order at anytime. They just need to be judged and then verified after you post them on your log-in site. Please contact Shannon or Juli if you have any questions about the challenge.
