Thanks to everyone who was able to make it to Happy Hour tonight! CONGRATULATIONS and WELCOME Kris and Bekka in the new partnership with Shannon in Mile High CrossFit. It has been an awesome 4 1/2 year in partnership with Chris and Shara… Thank goodness they will remain a part of the gym (without the ownership demands). As you have noticed coach Kris and coach Bekka have been instrumental in freshening up the appearance of the gym. We will continue the mini-facelift this weekend with some painting .
