WEIGHTLIFTING PRORGRAM:

1. snatch: work up to a heavy single.  from that heaviest single take 90% of that weight x 1 x 2, then 85% of that heaviest single x 1 x 2

2. clean and jerk: same as snatch.

3. front squat: 2, 1, 1, 1
