WEIGHTLIFTING PROGRAM:

1. Pause Back squat: workup to 70%x3x3, 80%x2x4.

2. 1- 1/4 front squat: get timing down.  work up to 70%x3, 75%x2x3

3. 25 chin ups

4. 100 sit ups
