Partner sled pull 250m (GO HEAVY!) ea. person take a strap and pull backwards
WOD:
Double KB DT
10 rounds for time of:
12 deadlifts (53/35)
9 Single arm hang power cleans (53/35)
6 single arm push jerks (53/35)
To be done with one Kettlebell. Deadlifts will be done with two hand hold where the single arm movements will be done alternating sides per round. (e.g. r side first round L side second ect.)
Cool Down: 100 partner low five plank
