WEIGHTLIFTING PROGRAM:

1.  Front squat: 3, 2, 1, 1, 1.

2.. Snatch: heavy single.  Use the same warm up as in a meet.  You get 3 reps to hit the heaviest weight of the day.  No misses!!

3. Clean and jerk: same as snatch.
