WEIGHTLIFTING PROGRAM:

  1. clean and jerk: work up to 85%x1x5
  2. tempo clean pulls (same as snatch yesterday) 3 x 3……on last rep go from down to the finish….(exploding!)
  3. front squats: 3, 2, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1
  4. toes to bar: 50 reps.
