WEIGHTLIFTING PROGRAM:

  1. front squat: 10 sets of 3 at 83%
  2. back squat: 3 sets of 2 at 80%
  3. snatch balance no dip x 1 +snatch balance with a dip x 1.  when the weight gets too heavy to go without the dip…..no longer perform the snatch balance without the dip.
  4. sit ups x 100 total.
