2. CLEAN AND JERK: 2, 2, 2, 2, 2, (THAT IS 2 CLEANS AND 2 JERKS) NO MORE THAN 50 KG OR EVEN LESS.

3. USING PVC PIPE DO 3, 3, 3, 3, 3, SNATCH GRIPS SOTTS PRESSES.
