- TEMPO BACK SQUATS: 10 SEC DOWN, 1002 PAUSE AT BOTTOM, DRIVE OUT OF HOLE. 3 SETS.
- ROMANIAN DEADLIFTS: 3 X 4 REPS. PAUSE 1001 AT BOTTOM.
- TOES TO BAR: 50 REPS.
