WEIGHTLIFTING PROGRAM:

  1. snatch: 3, 2, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1……work up to a 8 out of 10 on the last 2 reps.
  2. front squat: 3, 2, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1 (heavy on the last rep)
  3. snatch pulls: 3, 3, 3, 3,
  4. toes to bar: 25
  5. back extension: 3 x 5 reps (pause at the top)
